MATHS BRIDGING COURSE

Objectives

Participants of this course will receive trainings which aim to strengthen the mathematics foundation of individuals. In return, enhances individual accessibility to undertake modular or full qualification programmes in the Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (SDWSH) under Workplace Safety and Health Professionals (WSHP) Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) or Specialist Diploma in Occupational Hygiene (SDOH) under the Occupational Hygiene Professionals (OHP) WSQ framework.

Who should attend

Any individual who intend to enrol themselves to acquire the knowledge on maths.

Entry Requirements
  • Possess ES Workplace Literacy Level 6 OR GCE “O” Level English grade C6;

 AND

  • Possess GCE “O” Level Science (Physics) grade C6, OR Physics bridging course2; 

AND 

  • Possess WSH skills and knowledge equivalent to that of Advanced Certificate in WSH; 

AND

  • At least 2 years of post-qualification (Upon completion of Advanced Certificate in WSH) with  working experience as WSH supervisor, coordinator or similar occupational role
