Learner Services

At SISO Academy, we are committed to providing a fair, transparent, and supportive learning environment that empowers every learner to achieve their educational and professional goals. We believe that clear policies and accessible support processes are essential to ensuring a positive learning experience for all participants. This page outlines important administrative policies and learner support procedures, including course withdrawals, refunds, deferments, assessment-related matters, appeals, and feedback channels. It also provides guidance on the steps, requirements, and timelines associated with each request to help learners make informed decisions and understand their available options. Learners are encouraged to carefully review the relevant policies before submitting any requests, as doing so can help ensure that applications are completed accurately and processed efficiently. Should additional assistance be required, learners are welcome to contact the Academy for clarification, guidance, or support throughout their learning journey.

  • Learners expelled from the course will not receive a refund.
